Project and programme management

2020 Liverpool’s specialist project and programme management team is a group of highly talented and motivated people responsible for delivering multi disciplinary projects in partnership with our clients.  We focus on understanding and agreeing the expectations, goals and objectives linked with each project. With the client, we agree on the budget and programme and then manage the process of delivering each project to achieve these.  Whatever the project, whether construction related or not, we pride ourselves in achieving a high level of customer satisfaction.

Typical projects include the new Cruise Liner Facility at Pier Head Liverpool, delivery of a number of Academies as part of the Government’s Academy programme, the delivery of an improved strategic gateway into Liverpool along Edge Lane and the regeneration of Stanley Park in Liverpool which has included the refurbishment of a major Glasshouse structure, the Gladstone Conservatory.
