Quantity surveyors
The team undertakes; preparation of funding bids, financial risk assessment modelling & management, cost modelling, life cycle costing, procurement advice, preparation of tender documents, tender sum analysis and reports, contract documents, contract administration, cost management & control, cost monitoring/audit, project management on various types of project.
Structural engineers
The team undertakes; project management, risk assessment & management, structural condition surveys, planned maintenance advice, structural assessment and appraisal, feasibility studies, structural analysis/design of new buildings & refurbishment of existing, structural defect evaluation, structural modelling, procurement advice, expert witness, dangerous structures advice on various types of project.
Building service engineers
The team undertakes; project management, risk assessment & management, building services condition surveys, planned maintenance advice, feasibility studies, building services design for new and existing buildings, BREEAM assessments, low carbon analysis, diagnostic defect surveys, environmental modelling, conservation of energy assessments, whole life building management assessment, procurement advice on various types of project.
Landscape architects and urban design
The team provides design and consultancy services in all stages of projects involving the natural rural and urban environment. These skills include master planning, environmental planning & risk analysis, feasibility studies, options appraisals, landscape design, guidance and advice, urban design and project management.
Building surveyors
The team undertakes; project management, preparation of funding bids, risk assessment & management, design of extensions and alterations, feasibility studies & options appraisals, condition surveys, dilapidation surveys, asset management plans, contract administration, property valuations, party wall advice, demolition advice, DDA audits, procurement advice, CDM Coordinator on various types of project.
