Welcome to 2020 Liverpool, a partnership between Liverpool City Council and Mouchel, established in October 2003 to deliver Property and Professional Services to the City of Liverpool.

Our vision is to be a model of public sector service delivery, a “flagship” partnership which other local authorities will want to follow.
