About 2020 Liverpool2020 Liverpool is a joint venture company, jointly owned by Liverpool City Council and Mouchel. 2020 Liverpool was established in October 2003, following Mouchel’s selection as preferred bidder for Liverpool’s 10-year Property and Professional services contract, and the name 2020 Liverpool refers to our vision for the partnership, and our long-term commitment to delivering quality services in Liverpool. Our aim is to make 2020 Liverpool an example of public-private sector partnership which others will want to copy. Quite simply, we want to be the best. An ambitious goal?
