2020 Liverpool is a joint venture company, jointly owned by Liverpool City Council and Mouchel.
2020 Liverpool was established in October 2003, following Mouchel’s selection as preferred bidder for Liverpool’s 10-year Property and Professional services contract, and the name 2020 Liverpool refers to our vision for the partnership, and our long-term commitment to delivering quality services in Liverpool. Our aim is to make 2020 Liverpool an example of public-private sector partnership which others will want to copy. Quite simply, we want to be the best.
An ambitious goal? Yes, and one which we can aim for with confidence because of the expertise, enthusiasm and commitment of our people at all levels.
